Lady Gaga could spin off this planet anytime but I've always considered Robyn as the more talented of the two artists. I also believe that Robyn has a stronger and better voice. However, Lady Gaga is obviously next level with a much stronger profile. Robyn's profile has been somewhat dull, especially in the outcome of her recent videos. This new video is a step in the right direction for her. Max Vitali, the director from Callboy is a great mastermind with small budgets. I wonder what he could achieve for Robyn with a Steven Klein budget?

In my teens I would travel to these summer dances in remote halls in the Swedish countryside,” ACNE creative director Jonny Johansson recalls, which explains the core essence of the positive, youthful and vibrant collection. The collection is a mix of high-waisted, wide-legged trousers, long t-shirts, shrunken jackets and socks-and-sandals combination. Models in yesterday’s Acne presentation in Paris also wore sunglasses from the brand’s collaboration with Thierry Lasky. The sunglasses – which Johansson calls “the most important disco accessory” – are all handmade in France in various attention-grabbing colors and frames. The show also contained a live performance by a capella artist Nils Bech standing in the bar singing.

Last night, Nordiska Kompaniet in Sthlm hold Sweden's first Haute Couture show at the Royal Opera. The looks was a mixture of couture and evening dresses from Swedish and foreign designers. Royal ballet shared the scene with the runway models. Dorothea-Barth Jörgensen & Julia Håfstrom opened the couture show and André Bentzer closed the show.

I apologize the delay of this post.
Unfortunately alcohol is another side of fashion week.
And let's just say I had a rough weekend ;)

Anyway, on friday I only had one show. Carin Wester.
The swedish brand held their show in a big tent at Forum.
This show was nice and easy, and a good way to end what turned out to be a great fashion week.

In these times a lot of brands are struggling and that is why I didn't expect that many men-shows this season. Still, I ended up doing 6 shows which is great, and proves that Scandinavian-fashion dares to take chances and understand that branding and hosting shows are some of the keys to make the way out of the crisis.

Thursday, my second day of work, included two great shows: Bruuns Bazar and Mads Nørgård.

Bruuns Bazar is always a very nice show and this time was no exception. I knew all the other boys who was there. Guys like Adrian Bosch, Mathias Lauridsen and Eddie Klint, and so it was easy for me to kill the waiting time by hanging out backstage.

One of the things that makes CPH-FW special is exactly that all the big danish model-guys (and girls!), who usually work internationally, are booked together. For once everyone gets to speak Danish and catch up from were they left off in Milan and Paris.
In Copenhagen everybody feels home and relaxed.

After BB, I went for a quick meal (yes, models do eat), and then walked to Pumpehuset, the location of Mads Nørgård.
The cast of the show were a mix of brand new faces and experienced models like Freja Beha, Eddie Klint and myself. All Unique Models.

For me fashionweek in Copenhagen is always something special.

I had 3 shows wednesday: CPH-Vision-Opening Show, BZR, and Soulland.

The CPH-show took place at Børsen, one of the oldest stock exchange in Europe. The building is really beautiful and it seemed obvious why it was picked for the opening show.
After the show I took a quick drink with one of the other Unique-boys, Jonathan, and then went straight to BZR.
Just before the show we were transmitted live on the news, where the designer Bjørn Brun explained this season's trends. - I'll post a link later.
The show ended with an inferno of fireworks in the little courtyard were BZR held their show. Great show.

I then had to rush out on the street to a driver who took me to Soulland, the last show of the day. The atmosphere was great, the clothes was awesome and as I walked out and closed the show I thought that this was why I like CPH-FW so much. It's professional, but relaxed. It's serious but still a lot of fun. And it's for everyone.
I hope the next days will be just as great.
